producing beautiful, top quality, show and pet Havanese and Coton de Tulear puppies. Lovingly-raised.
Health and temperament guaranteed.
Carefully shipped to loving homes.
At Jomarans Kennels we have taken pride
in being Havanese dog breeders as well as Coton de Tulear
breeders. We provide a two year written health guarantee
with any puppies purchased, as well as further information
regarding training, feeding, grooming and basic care. Our
breeding dogs have all been certified (eyes examined by
a certified veterinary ophthalmologist) and given regular
vet checkups. All puppies are examined for luxating patellas, and given a thorough health checkup, and vaccinations before
they are placed in their new homes.
As Havanese breeders here in Canada, the
first dog we entered, took 4 Best in Shows on her first
trip out. Her brother has also finished all his Championships
very quickly in both Canada and the U.S.
We feel that both Havanese and Coton De tulear’s are ideal
dogs in many ways-cuddly, affectionate, intelligent, non-shedding and non-allergic. Havanese breeds are average in size of
10 pounds and 10 inches makes them perfect companion for
city or country living. Until 1996, these dogs were registered
only in the United States. As of July 1999, they are also
fully registered in the Canadian Kennel Club. Coton de Tulear
breeds are an average size of 9-11 pounds, and 9-11 inches
make them ideal companions in both city and country homes.
They are registered in a variety of clubs in Canada, the
United States and Europe.
We have become
one of the most respected Coton de tulear breeders and havanese
breeders in Canada. The main focus of our breeding program
is to raise puppies that are sound both in physical and mental health. Our puppies receive the proper amount of
socialization as they are being raised. On occasion we also
have young adults available. There is a very good book on
the market that I would suggest as a reference to any prospective
puppy owner. Your library should have one if you do not
wish to purchase it. It is called The Art of Raising
a Puppy and is written by the Monks of New Skete.
